Our refund/replacement policy is eligible within 3 days of receiving your package. After 3 days, we cannot accept any refunds/replacements. To be eligible for a refund or replacement package, your order must be unused and in the original packaging. We cannot accept any refunds or replacements for orders that have already been set up or used. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Replacement Packages (if applicable):
We can only accept replacements for orders that are damaged/faulty or orders that are missing accessories. If your replacement package is approved, we will process your package within 1-5 days and your shipping times will be as followed:
- Lebanon Orders: 3-7 business days
- International Orders: 5-15 business days
